Paul Johnson (Director of the IFS) states what we knew already, NICs are a con and that the money simply goes into one large pot that the state uses to pay for whatever it wants.
Needless to say this will be used by the state to lump NICs into mainstream tax, thus slipping in a tax rise by the back door!
Tax does have to be taxing.
